The Shipping & Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the seamless delivery of both e-commerce and international client shipments. Combining operational excellence with specialist knowledge, this role ensures that all domestic and international orders are processed efficiently, compliantly and in line with the brand’s standards of service.

Acting as the central point of expertise for international shipping, the role provides guidance on customs procedures, import duties and documentation, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for both internal teams and clients.

Working within the E-commerce team, this position also supports day-to-day administrative operations, contributing to a consistent, detail-driven and client-focused approach to fulfilment.

The Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the smooth, accurate, and discreet operation of the Harrods showroom.
