The Stone

The stone, a Type 2A diamond, was sourced from the renowned Cullinan mine, with which Boodles, of course, has a very close connection. It was expertly polished from the rough by a skilled diamantaire who personally oversaw its journey from the mine to the buyer, who was a friend of his within the industry, and who later returned it for resale.

Boodles Managing Director Jody Wainwright recently acquired this exceptional 31.75 carat showpiece diamond through his trusted connection, a diamantaire who has looked after the Boodles family for three generations.

The Design

The ring's simplistic design allows the diamond's extraordinary beauty and size to take centre stage, with the addition of pink diamonds and a pink gold setting providing an extra Boodles twist. Beyond its spectacular aesthetics, this ring symbolises the connections and relationships within the jewellery industry that Boodles cherishes, therefore embodying the very essence of what the Boodles brand stands for.
