How to find the one
We rounded up some wonderful tips from our Boodles Experts to make finding the perfect ring easy peasy.
Know Yourself

The Twosome
He has proposed to you already and you’ll get to enjoy the whole experience of engagement ring shopping together.
The Cautious Type
He’ll tell you that you may get engaged at some point, you’ll explore together so that he can surprise you in the future.
"There is no right or wrong way to do it, and different people fall into different categories, but the important thing to remember is that the ring will be on your finger for many years to come, so it’s worth immersing yourself in the whole experience and taking your time over it."

Have a rough idea of budget
There are all sorts of old tales about how much an engagement ring should cost, but the truth is, every couple is different.
Get face to face
There are plenty of great online stores for purchasing an engagement ring but if you want to follow the four C's and ensure you get great quality, it's best to look in store first. And if you do buy online, just remember to clear your internet history so you don't let the cat out of the bag.
"When you come into Boodles we really try to make you feel comfortable, informed but above all excited by the prospect of finding the perfect ring, oh and of course some bubbles do help!"

‘My advice would be to buy an engagement ring from a recognised and reputable brand as they will be able to support you in the future and offer additional services that will add to the overall experience, not just at the buying stage but also in years to come.’
